AfterImages is a series of generative manipulated videos exploring pending nostalgia tied to people and places. Inspired by after-images, the visual sensation of looking at a bright light and having it stick to your retina even after you close your eyes. The footage used is microcinema video captured over three years of living in the same shared home.
